Is anyone else freaked out by the fact that Trojan Man just appears whenever people want to have sex?

Sure, he's trying to help... but he always appears as soon as people start talking about sex! He's stalking people!

I don't know about you, but... I'm a bit freaked out by this. The next time I'm sitting in my car, up around 59th street, and I call a woman into my car and give her $20... if the Trojan man appears... I think he's watching me right now...

i was thinking about how in a futurio-christian society the trojan man will apear to talk about chastity.

i was also thinking about how sweet it would be if a commercial for an abortion clinic used the song "you can't always get what you want".

My high school had a Trojan mascot. I remember sitting in a history class and listening (for a change) to the teacher talk about the Trojan War. I don't remember a lot of details, but I do remember being SHOCKED when I found out that the Trojans LOST the TROJAN WAR!!! I thought that was kind of odd that we would be named after LOSERS. Hey, let's just call ourselves the ... I don't know. Who's a good loser? Michael Dukakis? Nah. That doesn't have a good ring. I don't have a good joke there. Anyway, I couldn't tell you whether that was appropriate or not. I was completely oblivious to how our school did in sports. Actually, I'm just now thinking about this and it seems to me that there are a LOT of commonly used mascots that are, arguably, losers. Devils. Indians. Rebels. The Detroit Pist Ons has always struck me odd as well.

So let's forget for a second the fact that the Trojans LOST the Trojan War. Think about what the Trojans did: They WRAPPED themselves in a disguise to trick someone into thinking they looked SAFE so they could PENETRATE their WALLS and come (no pun there) out of HOLES in the thing once they were INSIDE!!! GREAT name for a prophylactic, huh?

According to my memory and research of this subject, it was the Trojans who accepted the horse and the Greeks who had made it, presented it to them, and hid in it for the surprise attack.

EDIT: Sorry to bitch at you about history, Steve.

Oh, what-fucking-EVER! The point is that the Trojans DO have weapons of mass destruction! They ARE gonna find 'em, goddamnit!!!

I TOLD you I didn't listen in class.

Speaking of Trojan War ... anyone ever see the movie of the same name?

Personally... in my opinion, Will Friedle deserved an Oscar for his work in this "coming-of-age" tale of a teenager looking to get laid.

And common... Jennifer Love Hewitt as a Tom-Boy... awkwardly arousing.

I'm am now 1/8543 homosexual.

RizzleMcIzzle, if you want to get technical, it was the Achaeans who gifted the horse to the Ilians. You could also term the "Greeks" Danaans or Argives. All are acceptable, and in the arena of scholars, you would be laughed at for referring to anyone as Greek who lived and operated during the time of the Trojan War.

Also, Will Friedle does rule the screen in Trojan War.

Yeah, but I'm also wrong because I depended on a stupid internet source to refresh my memory. And since this isn't the AOS, (arena of scholars) I would just like to say that Hitler wasn't such a bad guy in his early years. Just a little misunderstood.

Let's just blame this all on the crappy public school system and pretend it never happened.

It fell apart when he fired his caddy. He wasn't the same after that.

Or was that Tiger Woods?

Wait.... which one hated his parents, was followed by millions and joined several clubs that didn't allow Jews???

Wait....Whoa.
