The 14th floor is really the 13th floor in most American cities. (Supersitions!)
1+4+0+8= 13.
So, 1313. As in double thirteen. As in-- oh shit-- this room is evil. Like Sam Jackson evil, and Mace Windu is in the flick! (Coincidence? I think not!)
Whatever you do-- don't stay in 1408. Do what the postcard says.
As a flick? Recommended.
