Question about the Mr. Show book

I recently picked up Mr. Show, What Happened by Naomi Odenkirk. I was wondering if anyone knows why the Season 3 episode guide has the episodes numbered differently than the DVD. She has A White Man Set Them Free as #302 and It's a No-Brainer as #310.

I figure the book shows them in the order they were taped while the DVD has them in the order they were originally aired, but I wonder if anyone has the scoop on why HBO delayed A White Man Set Them Free to episode #9 and aired It's a No-Brainer early as #8 instead of #10.

The DVD has them in the order in which they aired, and the book lists them in the order in which they were taped.

I don't know if there was some reasoning there, (maybe for technical reasons, or to give more time to edit cetain shows) but I do know it's not at all uncommon for shows to air in a different order from the order in which they were taped.
