Anyone found any hidden extra's? The only thing I've been able to find is the Ricky Henderson bit in David's glasses in the Bonus Menu. (pressing up so his glasses turn to sun glasses)

I love how long he drags that ricky bit out... and then apologises.

Now when I listen to the CD I am disappointed that he only goes for about 30 seconds.

On the CD that was the one part I thought was terrible... but after seeing the DVD I felt less "terribled" and more like starting my own personal Jihad. Did you know anyone can start a jihad? It's true. You just have to claim it.
