So many no smoking campaigns and then there are so many people who complain they could not quit despite their best efforts. I think we do not need to linger over these issues for too long there are some simple things which taken into consideration can ensure quitting this habit in no time. For example I took the help of the female escorts who were such a gorgeous company that you wont feel the urge to smoke with them. Gradually my habit also receded and now I no longer need those puffs to keep me going.
