I just remembered that I like Bobcat Golthweight. I havent seen any of his stuff in over a year, but i'm sure i'll still like it just because - well, fuck you guys! There's no real point to this thread, so you fuckers can either come out and admitt you like him (or remember liking him at 4 in the morning last year) or you can talk about other comics that you like and want to fuck people because of. (as in "fuck you!" of course, not a physical fuck. ) on second thought, are there any comedians that make you want to fuck people because of? Serious replies only fella's and ladies!
Also, what do you guys think of this guy?

That guy looks like a jew and social pariah.
Also, Bobcat sucks. I thought he was funny a decade or more ago because I was too stupid to know any better.

This thread has a fairly appropriate title for my post's content.
My sister, who is a student teacher for a first grade class, just found out that the father of one of her students shot his wife and then himself this afternoon. The guy had a seven year old daughter. Isn't that pretty shitty?

He made me laugh on the Ben Stiller show. I think he's got a good sensibility, even if his films suck.
Yeah, fuck y'all.
When he's not doing his drunkie voice schtick, he can be pretty sharp.

Anyone who was in Police Academy 2 is ok in my book.
How about Police Academy 3: Back in Training?

I was given one of his cd's about two years ago. I gave it a try thinking this should be funny, NOT! ( does that work in writing or should I just stick to using it in conversation) Anyway I must admit I laughed a lot more than I thought I would. I've only listened to it once but I think I will revisit it
Thanks TJ

"Damn you! Want to fight, huh? Fight ME!!" Oh my fuck! My friends and my brother and I used to rewind that shit and watch it over and over. Thanks for the memories. And fuck you.
Anyway, Bobcat stuff. Stop me if I've said all this shit before. Just tap me on the shoulder before I hit "submit".
First time I saw him was on "Late Night with David Letterman". His "act" at that point consisted of a LOT of "Zed"-like screaming. This is an honest to goodness example of one of the jokes he told that evening: "Um, the other day I saw Ozzy Osbourne on 'Sesame Street' and he bit Big Bird's head off! Aaaaaaarrrrrrgh!!!" Bob Hope he wasn't. He was a strange bird. And that was good enough for the time being.
Over the next few years, there was a metamorphosis. The screaming and odd sounds disappeared. The one liners became more like stories. And the abstract stuff came down to Earth a little more. I remember an HBO show where he was talking about occasionally having "homosexual tendencies". This was in the mid/late 80s. I was in my early/mid teens. I was floored by that statement. I mean, that sort of thing just WASN'T said publicly. Not in my sheltered little teenage world. I'm sorry if I sound like grandpa talking about the first time they showed a bellybutton on TV. I swear, this did seem like kind of a big deal at the time.
Then there's the infamous "...put the video camera down and HELP ME" line. I laughed. Then I heard him repeating it over the years (and other people "borrowing" it). He seems to actually be SERIOUS. Bobby, sweet-ums, listen: If I see the cops beating the shit out of somebody, and I jump in to "help", that might not have the same outcome as Superman saving an old lady from getting mugged by some masked bad guy. You can't be certain enough IN THAT MOMENT that you're seeing everything that's going on. No matter what angle you're at, you're missing something. And who knows what the hell happened before you saw them. I don't care whether he's talking about PHYSICALLY getting involved or just walking up and saying, "Hey, what's goin' on, dudes?". Either way, BAD idea.
I dig Bobcat. I just get the feeling sometimes like he's no brainiac. He would probably be the first one to admit that, though. Or maybe he'll read this, get pissed, and come set my couch on fire.

That's the same thing that happened to me. I saw one of his HBO specials from the mid 90's (I don't know which one. were there more then one?) on OnDemand and was all "Oh, this hack...I'ma watch it." and enjoyed it a lot more then I thought I would.
Remembering that, combined with moderate drunkeness was AND were the perfect reasons to create this thread.
Fuck you dudes.

He's good friends with "Tomcat" Kenny.
Brian was in his "Pulp Comics".
He's done the Un-Cabaret.
His woman was in "Run Ronnie Run". "Jealous much?"
The defense rests. Good night.

That was Comics Come Home, not an HBO special IIRC.
