"jimmy fallon: the plan" -- What'chu Talkin' 'bout, Willis

I just stumbled onto a song called "jimmy fallon: the plan" by a band called The Willis. I think it's cool. Check it out here (http://www.unsignedbandweb.com/music/bands/1835/). I enjoyed the other two songs they have there as well.

I was putting music on my computer so I could load it onto my iPod. There was as album that came out in 2000 (I believe) by a band called Congratulations on Your Decision to Become a Pilot. Far too few people heard it. Anyway, in my search for their album cover artwork, I found out that some of Congratulations on Your Decision to Become a Pilot's band members are now in a band called The Willis.

Actually, I guess "where-are-they-now"s are generally supposed to be about people that someone's actually heard of. Oh well.

So TJ, how did you get hip to Congratulations on Your Decision to Become a Pilot anyway? I would have asked this in a private message, but I can just tell that the entire BUTM community is on the edge of their seats, ITCHING to find out more.

I have Congratulations. The first song is actually pretty cool. The rest I could take or leave. Cool to know that they're in a new band though.

Where the hell did you hear about 'em? I can't imagine that I would have ever heard of them myself had I not stumbled onto their CD in a pile of shitty CDs when I used to do a radio show.

Huh. Well, I did mention them here (http://blowupthemoon.com/community/showthread.php?s=&threadid=624). I wasn't any kind of REVIEW or anything, though. It was more, "HEY! I know a silly band name! SEE!"

Anyway, give the song "Orange Impossible" (track 9) another listen. Best song on that album, I think.
