Man, this was so much funnier when I was high.

Still a fantastic show, though.

Why has no one posted about this show in a month? IT'S BRILLIANT. The milk carton bit on the most recent one fucking killed me. And did anyone see the one from two weeks ago when mother nature got a sex change!!!?? BRILLIANT

Amy Sedaris also had a cameo on the last episode.

Wow! Amy Sedaris and that guy from Law & Order... two great cameos.

Beat Kids Hitler: "Do you think sometimes people don't notice that the enemy is right in front of them?"

I can go on forever. Classic stuff.

That "little hitler" segment was probably the best and worst thing I've ever seen on television.

that guy from Law & Orderthat's Christopher Meloni, who played Gene (the cook) from Wet Hot American Summer and also Christopher Keller (the bisexual rapist murderer) on HBO's "Oz". He's a fantastic actor, both comedy and drama-wise.

One lonely summer, Meloni had me yearning to be Tergesen's Beecher to his Keller.

Oh, and I highly recommend WHAS' extras to see Meloni stickin it to vegetarians!

He was great in Wet Hot American Summer. I like him better doing comedic acting as long as he still does serious stuff like Law & Order.

Did anyone else not laugh once during the episode about patience? Jesus Christ that was worthless and boring.

I thought it was fucking fantastic! It was trying at times (I really love repetition in comedy so "Patience" was right up my alley), but it was really daring and original. The fact that they played the show (albeit shorter) played backwards! Great. Just fucking brilliant. I can absolutely see how someone could view that episode as lazy and stupid; you'd have to be a complete and utter douche tube to say it wasn't original though. I really enjoy Kids Show and hope to see a second season of it.

I thought it was becoming boring, but when they turned over and did the remaining part of the show on SPEED -- brilliant!

That little blue puppet is brilliant!

Playing the episode backwards was brilliant I thought.

Everyone should start taping this and not count on MTV releasing the DVD anytime soon ("The State" fans learned this the hard way.)

Yeah, but The State came out 8 years before dvds and 12 years before every single show was put on dvd before its season ends.

Great show. I particularly like the Slave Song skit and the "Harlem" skit. That takes some balls to pull off.

"So what do we do next?"

"OK lets go to Harlem and try and piss off some folks by mocking them and hurling veiled racial stereotypes at them."

"Sounds great... when do you start?"

www.wonder-showzen.com says the first season is due out on dvd in November and they're negotiating a second season. Let's just hope they're right.

I hope they can do it. I thought I heard that they were going to renew. Guess that's still under debate. Seems a show like this which has caused a bit of "moral" debate would get picked up again. Tough business I guess.
