This was a pretty good article about David Cross written in the New York Metro. They seem to understand his appeal. My apologies to anyone who's seen it before.

EDIT: Wow the author of this article clearly knows abslutely nothing about Mr. Show or David Cross. Three Seasons? Mr. Show: What Really Happened? God damn, it's called basic fact checking.

I corrected all the typos in the book with a red pen. That way, when I'm reading and I get to them, it kind of looks like they're supposed to be there.

It's really a shame, but these choices didn't work because

1) The movies sucked.
2) He didn't even have a comedic role in Small Soldiers.

His sitcom work (Drew Carey Show & Just Shoot Me) is much better than his movie work.

why do commentary? not that i minded.

but yeah, it sucks he hasn't made more of an impact on the pablum factory. if he can't make a buck, i'm screwed.


terrible writer. guess that's why he's not at the village voice or nyt.

i can't claim to be fully lucid when i posted either. the writer wasn't really that bad, just kinda dumb.

however, i stand behind this phony user name. sans is underused, so misuing it is a lame joke. not as funny as van hammersly, i know.

Horatio wasn't giggling at himself.

He was laughing about some lame inside joke that Jimmy Fallon made three years ago.

But seriously- Horatio is horrible- but he can't be all bad- he does appear as "Stinky Faye" on the Triumph Come Poop With Me Bonus DVD. And since Jack Black appears on said DVD, that makes Horatio's Mr Show connection a mere two steps removed.

If I could just get Kevin Bacon in there, I'd have a party game.
