This is an interesting conundrum, if conundrum is spelled right if it isn't than it's an interesting something else. Americanizations of british sitcoms has 100% percent of the time proved fruitless, and mostly crappy. But steve carrell as the ricky gervais character sparks my interest and tickles my fancy. I mean the american verision of coupling was disasterous and men behaving badly was also disasterous and where's my crumpet? well that was something i just made up but we can all see how that would be a poor idea from the getgo. All the same from what i've read it seems to be getting a response for those who have seen the pilot that it is almost identical to the british verision, with more american references. it's debut is schelduled for march 22 and i guess i view if as an intersting sociological experiment and i am sickly eager to see it. sort like it interests me to see the movie where maggie gyllanhaal and tom arnold do the horizontal polka. but i digress. i mean of course i am gonna watch it cos i'll watch just about anything.
i wish it the best of luck cos i do enjoy steve carrell... in my pants.

I do believe you're sadly mistaken. Not only did I write for the American version of this, entitled Where's my American deep-fat fried Twinkie?, but I also starred in it for it's seven episode run last spring on UPN. Cabron, if that's your real name, I think you need to hire a fact checker for all your future posts.

tou chez, again foiled by not having digital cable and living on the east coast of Canada. i just can't keep up with all the finely crafted american cable shows. curses.
and consider my fact checker fired. back to the street corner and begging for change for him. sorry dad.
