Let's throw all of our support behind Paul!!!
Instead of splitting our votes between, Patton, Brian, Paul, Louis, Dat Phan and Ralph Nader, if we all vote for Paul F. Tompkins (every day go back and vote again) we might make a small difference.
Let's be honest, he is the most deserving of MORE recognition than he is currently receiving.

I was in a computer lab when i read this thread and there was barely anyone else around, so I went around to each computer and voted for paul (30 computers), then I went into the computer lab next door and did it again (60 computers)...
Can't wait to see my face on sunday when he doesn't win.

I'm sure if someone (preferably Stabby, but anybody could do it) posted on the Hilary Duff forums something like...
"hey guys, Hilary has a 2nd cousin currently in a stand-up comedian contest. his name is paul f. thompkins. he's just starting out in the business and if he wins, i'm sure hilary and her family would be overjoyed to have another family member in showbiz. he's also really funny. (then give them the link and tell them its really easy to vote, etc...)
I'm rambling but I really think someone should do this. It shouldn't take that much time. (I'm probably not the right person though, seeing as how I've already been censored a couple of times, and that I've already developed a character with a speech impediment/learning disability.)
EDIT: I should also mention that when I said "60 computers", I didn't mean 60 additional computers, I meant that the second lab also had 30-some computers, and that would mean an approximate total of 60 computers that I voted with.
...and after I finished voting, I finished my essay. THE END

Don't Forget To Vote!!!!
Bumpity-boo!
Thanks everyone!
The whole voting process works with cookies. So just set your internet security settings to high (thus not allowing comedycentral.com to place its cookie on your site), and vote to your hearts content.
However, this would be a lot easier (and faster) if the cc.com website didn't absolutely suck every inch of ball available.

So did Paul win or not?
I'm lost here.
EDIT: alright, he's on right now and this is when the contest apparently starts... does that mean he won?

just a thought for consideration

he made a post on his website asking people to vote for him, then another thanking people for voting for him after he won.
So i dont think he minded.
