Wonderful movie. I suggest seeing it if you want a fresh, simple story. Great acting, and some wonderful laughs.

my favorite movie since royal tenenbaums. the characters really feel real, like you're experiencing the whole thing with them. go sophia!

I don't know, JollyPirate had his moments. HEY! Remember when he tried to eat all that spagetti in one long slurp?! man that was f'in crazy!

and sketchrules was pretty cool. I'll never forget that summer at the lake.

Not a bad little flick but a tad overblown with hype. IMHO the best part of the movie was the opening shot (but then again... I'm a total perv)

I thought the whole sequence with Murray shooting the liquor commercial was dead on (and fucking hilarious).

Have any of you ever been to Japan? I'd really like to. I did the ESL thing in Taiwan in my early twenties (they treated the ESL teachers like gods over there). Life in Taiwan was a real assault on the senses, especially for someone used to the quiet of Canada. Despite that it was really tough to leave (pay was decent, life experience was great and the actual cost of living wasn't too bad). I took a look at the guys who were still doing it in there thirties, and in the end that was enough to motivate me to move on. I went to Hong Kong a bunch of times to renew my Visa but never Japan. I really regret not taking the time because now I never have the time and rarely have the funds for a trip to Asia.
