i thought it was terris's girl friend so i was being extra polite.

she seems fine however, and if she's laughing that hard at Kevin Smith or whatever, she'll find me chraming (in the adorable, kitten sense).

Okay, maybe I overestimated the attractiveness of other people on this board, but that's still no excuse to allow ugly girls to be considered hot. I think it's just an excuse for both ugly girls and guys who for whatever reason are saddled with ugly girls to feel better about themselves. I think people need to have enough pride in themselves to stop lying about ugly people.

And this argument could go both ways. I think girls should stop accepting non-hot guys as being hot. It's stupid and degrading to everyone involved.

And also, it's okay to hook up with non-hot people; it's just not okay to claim that such people are hot. I think you can be just as proud about admitting someone isn't or wasn't hot as if they had actually been hot. I think it diminishes every accomplishment you've ever laid claim to if your judgement can't be trusted. I think it would look better for you in general if maybe you admitted to getting eight malformed semi-morons and your friends could believe your claim to only one actual hot person, rather than lie about having nine hot encounters and have your friends clearly not believe you.

And also, just because someone isn't hot does not mean they're automatically ugly. There are many non-hot yet attractive people out there.
