This show would be great if Bob was on all the time and maybe David Cross could be on there with them, and they got rid of the whole animation thing, and they were on a station that allowed profanities, and they just did skits, and it was called Mr. Show. That would be great.

Agreed. Sorry, I just don't care for Tom goes to the mayor, and even the "rollie coaster" line couldn't save that bit just now. Bob and David both writing and starring in the same show seems like the way to go, though according to the DVD commentary, trying that again might cause poor Bob to fall over and die of stress.

I dont know if anyone has said this yet as I am new to the boards, but I noticed David's voice during an episode of Home Movies which is also on [AS]. What other cartoons has he done voice overs for. I know he was Happytime Harry on Aqua Teen Hunger Force but besides that, what else?

yeah, i know. they all have very short attention spans and only like shows where the humor is all about randomness.


also, naturesonions, its totally cool to have another person from pittsburgh on the board that i didnt invite to come here.

Yeah I was looking at the [as] boards and EVERYONE hates the show. I think its cuz they are all little kids who think that the "no plot" type show like ATHF or Sealab 2021 is the be all to end all in television programing.
Notice how I didnt say "TV". "TV" is a nickname and nicknames are for friends and television is NO friend of mine.
Anyway, dont get me wrong, I like ATHF and Sealab as much as any other person who has at least a 15 minute attention span. I just think its an age thing.

Also, tjamick, Thanks. Its nice to see that someone else in this city knows what Mr. Show is.

there are very few of us, but we're out there. it did some stand up about a month and a half ago that was organized by two people from aspecialthing, and all of the people (15) there were fans. sadly thats about it. oh, and you.
