I met Brian Posehn in the Wells Fargo parking lot at Fairfax and Beverly in early 2001. He was very nice, fielding my Run Ronnie, Run inquiries patiently. He was cool.
I was a low level hollywood shnook for about 4 years, I worked with an assistant editor of RRR. He said the Bob was a dick and Crossy was real cool. He also said Bob resented how funny David Koechner came off as Clay and took a hand in the editing room to make him less of a scene stealer. (I have to say, I can understand Bob being a little maniacal in the face of all the bullshit NewLine was putting him through.)
Just had to share it.

It's clear that Bob is more business and David is more casual, even in how they dress. You got a room full of Davids with no Bob and nothing's gonna get done. So he's gonna come off as more of a dick sometimes to people who have to work with him. He's yer dad. Some of the shit he told you to do that seemed meaningless at the time, makes perfect sense in retrospect. Not everything, of course. I mean, I was just trying to help. I didn't mean to drop your tools. Shit, you think I did that on purpose? I mean, think a little before you... or at least le'me explain. I mean, gimme a break I'm only 9 years old over here. Maybe I don't have great communications skills yet to...

Bob has 2 kids and has been married for a while now. Bob is a family man in a sense and needs to be concerned with his family's health and well-being. David isn't married (don't think so at least) and I don't think the guy is dating anyone. David is a pretty cool dude. Bob is a nice and genuine person and rating a person's, "niceness," while they are on set of a movie (thier own specifically) I think is not a good way to judge, because that's what we are doing here is judging them. It's easy to, "share stories about meeting a celeb," becuz plenty of people meet celebs on bad days and they come off like shitheads. Kind of like us suvillians when we have a bad day at the office and take it out on the clerk at the grocery store who is trying to be nice. I can honestly say that Bob is a very nice and honest person who will speak his mind. If he was a jerk, o well. Lord knows I've been a shithead plenty of times.

Johnson and let me just say that in real life they are soem of the nicest people you'll ever meet! We met at a small charity auction. J., who you all know is famous for his Donald Trump impersonation, literally brought the house down doing a hilarious send-up of his "How to annoy nerds" routine with a little improvo thrown in! I happened to be sitting next to black hollywood superstar Samuel El Jackson, and J. had the man in hysterics!

I had several dreams involving BnD.... nothing sexual (PM if you want to hear the truth!)... but one fucking dream Bob was high on speed or cocaine or LSD or all of em,.. and he was just running around laughing his ass off, and David kept apologizing for him... and I was like "hey man, don't apologize, this is awesome!!".
real life meeting with David, was not as great, but the second time I saw him he said "i remember you!"... which made my girlfriend stop exisiting...

David is probably the most chill celebrity I've ever met...
