David Cross has been named an essential facet of New York in this week's issue of Time Out New York. For those of you not familiar, Time Out New York is a weekly periodical that tells you what you should be doing, wearing, and eating if you're in New York. It is a shitty magazine that basically dictates what's cool and what's not and makes you feel like a dope if you want to explore on your own. It is a shitty magazine that far too many New Yorkers rely on as a resource to keep themselves busy.
